his own life and for “finding himself.” If he persists in shifting his responsibility

to somebody else, he fails to find out the meaning of his own existence.

And John McCain said…

“To fear the world we have organized and led for three-quarters of a century, to abandon the ideals we have advanced around the globe, to refuse the obligations of international leadership and our duty to remain ‘the last best hope of earth’ for the sake of some half-baked, spurious nationalism cooked up by people who would rather find scapegoats than solve problems is as unpatriotic as an attachment to any other tired dogma of the past that Americans consigned to the ash heap of history.”

Trump is not a Republican. He is an egotist who used the party to promote himself with the skill of P. T. Barnum. He has no agenda outside of self-glorification. He thrives on the spotlight of chaos he shines on himself. He revels in the defense of his thoughtless and dangerous actions. Logic and fact do not sway him or his true believers. Republicans gave him the platform. They unleashed the monster and have no control over this King Kong who destroys all in its path. Solution? Vote in 2018, no matter how hard it has been made. Vote in 2020. Do not let hopelessness or apathy or distraction keep “Republicans” in charge. Let the beauty of the ballot box kill the beast.
